Switch from Deadd to Dunst Notifications

- Add Dunst parameters to Xresources
- Remove Deadd config folder
- Add dunstrc with configurations
- Add launch_dunst.sh to override some config parameters from Xresources
- Add dwm keybindings for Dunst
- Replace polybar deadd module with dunst commands and variable names
