Add Scripts to ~/.scripts & Highlight Color Changes

- Add bunch of cli & rofi scripts to ~/.scripts
- Change rofi theme to use cyan highlight
- Change dunst notification sto use green highlight
- Make all rofi dmenu scripts use case insensitivity
