Swallow Patch & Window Rules

Browse Source 
- Enable swallow patch
- Set kitty as `isterminal` for swallow
- Remove MATLAB rule with GNU Octave
- Add rules for Ubisoft Connect and Prism Launcher
- Remove rule for motrix (no longer using it)
