Split Workspaces Plugin

- Add hyprpm reload command to startup
- Change workspace to split-workspace
- Change movetoworkspace to split-movetoworkspace
- Add split-monitor-workspaces plugin configuration
- Add icons for workspaces 1-50 in waybar hyprland
