RPM build: Fix several issues (#610)

* RPM: fix the script that generates kernel.spec

- Avoids conflicts with official kernels
- Fixes the reported issues with "unversionned obsoletes"
- Works now with akmod-nvidia

Fixes: #609 #513 #375 #339 #375 #173 #271

* install.sh: RPM: do not install kernel-headers package

We do not need it to build out-of-tree kernel modules. And that's
all we want actually.
