soc/intel/common: Use CPUID_STRUCT_EXTENDED_FEATURE_FLAGS macro
Use CPUID_STRUCT_EXTENDED_FEATURE_FLAGS macro to get extended CPU capabilities flags using cpuid_ext inline function.
