ARMv7: normalize ramstage code flow
In ram stage, all code flow should be tied to the resource allocator. Stuff that has to happen before everything else goes into the mainboard enable function in mainboard.c. This patch empties the main() wrapper around hardwaremain.c, allowing to get rid of this special case in the ARM port.
