payloads/tianocore: Rename TianoCore to edk2
coreboot uses TianoCore interchangeably with EDK II, and whilst the meaning is generally clear, it's not the payload it uses. EDK II is commonly written as edk2. coreboot builds edk2 directly from the edk2 repository. Whilst it can build some components from edk2-platforms, the target is still edk2. coreboot can be used with the edk2 UEFI implementation which

is open source and available at Github. Sadly it is not currently

integrated into the coreboot build. This has several reasons:
* EDK2 only supports GCC 4.8 profile. coreboot is now running on GCC 6.3.0.
* Incompatibilities with code inside the EDK2 which has not been updated.
