mb/prodrive/atlas: Enable audio output
Before, the Intel HDA PCIe device was showing up in the lspci tool, but Audio wasn't working. This patch enables the corresponding FSP-M settings to make it work. Tested on Prodrive Atlas with Themis carrier board on Windows 10 and Linux 6.1.0-rc3.
