mb/google/brox/jubilant: Update fw_config

Change STORAGE_UNPROVISIONED to STORAGE_UNKNOWN depend on depthcharge setting.

BUG=None
TEST=emerge-brox coreboot
Set STORAGE_UNKNOWN  on jubilant, check that NVMe and UFS can boot.
