cbfstool/Makefile*: Use LDFLAGS
instead of LINKFLAGS
Commit 0e53931f
(cbfstool: Clean up in preparation for adding new
files) split out the flags and introduced the variable `LINKFLAGS`.
Rename it to `LDFLAGS` which is more commonly used.
