mb/google/octopus/variants/baseboard: Add DPTF parameters
This patch adds the DPTF parameters for Octopus baseboard. These parameters are copied from reef/coral as initial reference values. BUG=None BRANCH=None TEST=Build coreboot for Octopus board.
