nb/intel/snb: Drop NORTHBRIDGE_INTEL_IVYBRIDGE
We keep the support, though. Just now that `libgfxinit` is fixed, we don't need the distinction anymore. Causally, we also don't need CPU_INTEL_MODEL_306AX any more.
