mb/google/nissa/var/craask: Extend sd_hold for touchpad/touchscreen

Extend sd_hold to meet touchpad/touchscreen SPEC.

touchscreen:
  tHD > 100 ns
touchpad:
  900 ns > tHD > 300 ns

After applied the change, the tHD meets reqirement.
touchscreen:
  35 ns --> 260 ns
touchpad:
  43 ns --> 368 ns
