mb/google/brox: Enable Wake on WLAN for SKU1

For SKU1, wake pin is WLAN_PCIE_WAKE_ODL.
Update gpio config and corresponding ACPI for WoWLAN.

TEST=Boot image on SKU1 and check Wake on WLAN from S0ix.
