mb/samsung/lumpy: Fix smbus subsystem ID

The smbus subsystem ID was inadvertently reversed when added in commit
eb2897b113a0 ("mb/samsung/lumpy: override SMBus subsystem ID"), so
correct it.

TEST=build/boot Win10 on lumpy, verify touchpad driver functional.
