chromeos: Remove old MOCK_TPM references
The correct way to mock out vboot TPM accesses these days is the CONFIG_VBOOT_MOCK_SECDATA Kconfig option. There are some remnants of older TPM-mocking infrastructure in our codebase that are as far as I can tell inert. Remove them.
