Subject: [PATCH] MAINTAINERS: Remove Andrey Petrov from Apollo Lake

Andrey doesn't seem to have interacted with APL or coreboot
2+ years, so remove him and mark Apollo Lake as orphaned.

Add myself for Odd Fixes.
