soc/intel/mtl: Double the IgdDvmt50PreAlloc UPD size to 128MB

This patch increases the IgdDvmt50PreAlloc value as per Intel
recommendation starting with GFX PEIM 103x.

TEST=Able to build and boot google/rex.
