Update coreboot crossgcc toolchain, GDB 4.5.1, MPFR 3.0.0, GDB 7.2.                                                         
Add libelf_cv_elf_h_works=no to produce a libelf.h for Cygwin.                                                              
Add GDB patch to handle #pragma pack in the i386-elf gcc target.
