43b7f41678 src: Make PCI ID define names shorter
Shorten define names containing PCI_{DEVICE,VENDOR}_ID_ with
PCI_{DID,VID}_ using the commands below, which also take care of some
spacing issues. An additional clean up of pci_ids.h is done in
CB:61531.

Used commands:
* find -type f -exec sed -i 's/PCI_\([DV]\)\(EVICE\|ENDOR\)_ID_\([_0-9A-Za-z]\{2\}\([_0-9A-Za-z]\{8\}\)*[_0-9A-Za-z]\{0,5\}\)\t/PCI_\1ID_\3\t\t/g'

* find -type f -exec sed -i 's/PCI_\([DV]\)\(EVICE\|ENDOR\)_ID_\([_0-9A-Za-z]*\)/PCI_\1ID_\3/g'

35e1fca8f2 drivers/intel/i210: Set PCI bus master bit only if allowed
Set the bus master bit only if the global Kconfig switch
PCI_ALLOW_BUS_MASTER_ANY_DEVICE is enabled. For now the bus master bit
is needed for i210 because of some old OS drivers that do not set it
and won't work properly without it.

5ad4206e72 drivers/intel/i210: Request Bus Master in .final ops
Commit bd31642ad8 (intel/i210: Set bus master bit in command register)
is only necessary because a buggy OS expects Bus Master to be set, not
because the hardware requires Bus Master during initialization. It is
thus safe to defer the Bus Master request into the .final callback.

6b5bc77c9b treewide: Remove "this file is part of" lines
Stefan thinks they don't add value.

cddd6008f9 AUTHORS: Move src/drivers/[a*-i*] copyrights into AUTHORS file
As discussed on the mailing list and voted upon, the coreboot project
is going to move the majority of copyrights out of the headers and into
an AUTHORS file. This will happen a bit at a time, as we'll be unifying
license headers at the same time.

Updated Authors file is in a separate commit.

7731932937 i210: Add additional PCI-ID to the i210 driver
When the i210 MACPHY is operated in the SERDES Backplane mode (which
depends on the programmed firmware image), its PCI-ID will be 0x1537.
This does however not change the programming interface for the MAC
address.
Therefore add this new PCI-ID to the driver so that the MAC address can
be programmed in this operation mode as well.

bd31642ad8 intel/i210: Set bus master bit in command register
There are still Ethernet drivers out there in the wild which expect
that the master enable bit was set by firmware. A missing master
enable bit will lead to a non-functional driver. Though it is clear the
task of the driver to set this bit it is too late now. So work around
this issue on firmware level...again!

e22d96c0f9 intel/i210: Change API for function mainboard_get_mac_address()
The function mainboard_get_mac_address() is used to get a MAC address
for a given i210 PCI device. Instead of passing pure numbers for PCI
bus, device and function pass the device pointer to this function. In
this way the function can retrieve the needed values itself as well as
have the pointer to the device tree so that PCI path can be evaluated
there.

a73b93157f tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header
It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.

This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

b890a1228d Remove address from GPLv2 headers
As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.

However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.

util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.
