It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address.
Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we
imported) looks out for that.
This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further
editing.

As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to
shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons
but because there are tools that look for them, and giving
them a standard pattern simplifies things.
However, we got confirmation that we don't have to update
every file ever added to coreboot whenever the FSF gets a
new lease, but can drop the address instead.
util/kconfig is excluded because that's imported code that
we may want to synchronize every now and then.

SLIT and SRAT are created this way only on amdk8 and amdfam10.
This saves the need of having a lot of dummies.

Starting with release 1.7 qemu provides acpi tables via fw_cfg. Main
advantage is that new (virtual) hardware which needs acpi support
JustWorks[tm] without having to patch & update the firmware (seabios,
coreboot, ...) accordingly.
So if we find acpi tables in fw_cfg try loading them, otherwise fallback
to the builtin acpi tables.
