Documentation: Use correct KiB/MiB units instead of KB/MB
...
Fix a common mistake of using KB/MB where KiB/MiB is what actually is meant.
1 MB = (10^3)^2 = 1000000
1 MiB = (2^10)^2 = 1048576

The table wasn't pretty enough so sphinx complained, while the second
paragraph had trailing whitespace, could be wrapped differently and
also came with a typo.
