Patrick Georgi	7eab8ef8b7	util/kconfig: Uprev to Linux 6.2's kconfig ... The upstream build system uses a newly introduced function `read-file`, so copy that in from Linux 6.2. Idwer Vollering	d78af11f72	util/kconfig: detect ncurses on FreeBSD ... Even though pkg-config might be installed, it might or will not return true in the checks whether 'PKG' or 'PKG2' is installed.
