The patch removes selection of ME_REGION_ALLOW_CPU_READ_ACCESS config in
the SOC_INTEL_CSE_LITE_SKU Kconfig definition since the
ME_REGION_ALLOW_CPU_READ_ACCESS Kconfig selection is done based on the
SOC_INTEL_CSE_LITE_SKU Kconfig in the
southbridge/intel/common/firmware/Kconfig.
