Nico Huber 1d95800e32 mb/lenovo/x200: Add VBT files by default ...

Select INTEL_GMA_HAVE_VBT so VBT files are added by default. This board
has two specific VBT files that are hard-coded in the Makefile. Hence
set an empty INTEL_GMA_VBT_FILE string.
