Stefan Reinauer 45a225b05d elog: Fix compilation with CONFIG_CHROMEOS enabled ...

On ChromeOS devices the ELOG section size and offset are
provided by the FMAP, rather than KConfig. Some upstream
refactoring broke compilation in that case.
