Patrick Georgi 1861ff739c buildgcc: Fix colors for dash

The previous fix broke buildgcc colors on MacOS X.
This uses an encoding that should be more universal.

known working:
  i386-elf
  x86_64-elf
  powerpc-elf
  mipsel-elf

known broken:
  alpha-elf
  arm-elf
  powerpc64-elf
