Stefan Reinauer 88c4939c1b make crossgcc: compile all required toolchains

The ARMv7 toolchain is now also needed for abuild (at least
if you want to be able to compile ARM images)

This is a cross toolchain builder for -elf toolchains (ie. no libc support)

known working:
  i386-elf
  x86_64-elf
  powerpc-elf
  mipsel-elf

known broken:
  alpha-elf
  arm-elf
  powerpc64-elf
