The macro IDS_ERROR_TRAP is only defined, and never used. Also,
IDSOPT_ERROR_TRAP_ENABLED is defined FALSE, so the macro would translate
to nothing. Remove the macro and IDSOPT_ERROR_TRAP_ENABLED.
