Implement a timeout option for getchar() to return after so many milliseconds. Also implement the same thing for curses using the halfdelay() function. This is libpayload, a minimal library to support standalone payloads that can be booted with firmware like coreboot. It handles the setup code, and provides common C library symbols such as malloc() and printf(). Please see the sample/ directory for an example of the payload in action.
