Stoneyridge related contents of 3rdparty/blobs/southbridge/amd/kern were moved to 3rdparty/blobs/southbridge/amd/stoneyridge. Commit the new blob to coreboot, and modify src/soc/amd/stoneyridge/Kconfig to use it. BUG=b:69613465 TEST=Build and run kahlee.
