Nicholas Chin 29575ca635 Doc/mb/starlabs/lite_adl.md: Fix embedded rST syntax ...

MyST Parser uses {eval-rst} to denote embedded reStructuredText blocks,
instead of eval_rst as used previously by recommonmark.
