Activate the IOMMU support for the Asus F2A85-M.
Add the device to `devicetree.cb`.

Linux 3.10 reported several IO page faults, which could never be explained and
which the vendor firmware did not. These errors couldn’t be reproduced with
Linux 3.18 by Damien Zammit.
