Idwer Vollering cbd631284d crossgcc: fix compilation of acpica

Compilation of acpica-20120420 is broken (and old, but I'll take care
of that in a future patch),
let's fix that ("Building IASL 20120420 ... failed").

This is a cross toolchain builder for -elf toolchains (ie. no libc support)

known working:
  i386-elf
  x86_64-elf
  powerpc-elf
  mipsel-elf

known broken:
  alpha-elf
  arm-elf
  powerpc64-elf
