Patrick Georgi 87fcffac82 Wrap CONFIG_MAINBOARD_PCI_SUBSYSTEM_{VENDOR,DEVICE}_ID in weak functions ...

This is so that boards can determine them on runtime based on hardware
properties, if so desired.
