UefiCpuPkg/PiSmmCpuDxeSmm: implement non-stop mode for SMM
Since SMM profile feature has already implemented non-stop mode if #PF occurred, this patch just makes use of the existing implementation to accommodate heap guard and NULL pointer detection feature.
