SecurityPkg: Fix typos in comments
This patch fixes the following typos: - intialized -> initialized - TURE -> TRUE - successull -> successfully - hanlder -> handler - funciton -> function - Seperator -> Separator - Sumbit -> Submit Also convert EFI_D_ERROR to DEBUG_ERROR for some debug messages.
