Explicitly cast PCD_CALLBACK to EFI_PCD_PPI_CALLBACK/EFI_PCD_PROTOCOL_CALLBACK) to avoid warning. PCD_CALLBACK in EDKII implementation is compatible with EFI_PCD_PPI_CALLBACK/EFI_PCD_PROTOCOL_CALLBACK.
