OvmfPkg/GenericQemuLoadImageLib: log "Not Found" at INFO level

gBS->LoadImage() returning EFI_NOT_FOUND is an expected condition; it
means that QEMU wasn't started with "-kernel". Log this status code as
INFO rather than ERROR.
