RedfishPkg/libredfish: introduce new interfaces.

- Add new interfaces to return HTTP headers back to caller.
New interfaces are: getUriFromServiceEx(), patchUriFromServiceEx(),
postUriFromServiceEx() and putUriFromServiceEx().
- Fix compile error in payload.c
