	Modify some defects in function header.

Implement PeiDxePostCodeLibReportStatusCode.

Rename BaseDebugLibReportStatusCode to PeiDxeDebugLibReportStatusCode
	Remove tabs in all .c and .h files in MdePkg.
	Rename PeiServicesReinstallPpi() to PeiServicesReInstallPpi()
	Adjust some minor coding style in PeCoffLoaderGetEntryPointerLib()
