ShellPkg: Replace UnicodeStrToAsciiStr/AsciiStrToUnicodeStr

It is the follow up of 3ab41b7a32
to replace UnicodeStrToAsciiStr/AsciiStrToUnicodeStr with
UnicodeStrToAsciiStrS/AsciiStrToUnicodeStrS.
