1.Updated EFI_FVB_ATTRIBUTES to EFI_FVB_ATTRIBUTES_2 to follow PI spec.

2.Changed parameter FvHeader into DriverName to follow PI spec.
3.Updated DXE services functions header to follow PI spec.
