OvmfPkg/SmbiosPlatformDxe: use PcdFirmware*
Instead of using hard-coded strings ("0.0.0" for BiosVersion etc) which is mostly useless read the PCDs (PcdFirmwareVendor, PcdFirmwareVersionString and PcdFirmwareReleaseDateString) and build the string table dynamuically at runtime.
