OvmfPkg/Microvm: copy OvmfPkgX64 files as-is

Create Microvm subdirectory.  Copy OvmfPkgX64 .dsc and .fdf files
unmodified as starting point for MicrovmX64.

Changes come as separate patches, to simplify patch review and rebases.
