Fixed EDKT532 and EDKT533

- Support GUID CName in <Events>, <SystemTables>, <DataHubs>, <HiiPackages>, <Hobs> in msa file
- Support auto-insert related header file of DebugLib and UefiBootServicesTableLib according to module type
