ShellPkg/dp: Convert from NULL class library to Dynamic Command
UEFI Shell spec defines Shell Dynamic Command protocol which is just for the purpose to extend internal command. So dp command is changed from NULL class library to be a driver producing DynamicCommand protocol. The guideline is: 1. Only use NULL class library for Shell spec defined commands. 2. New commands can be provided as not only a standalone application but also a dynamic command. So it can be used either as an internal command, but also as a standalone application. DpApp.inf is to provide a standalone application. DpDynamicCommand.inf is to provide a standalone driver producing Dynamic Command protocol. Shell command for Displaying Performance Metrics.
The Dp command reads performance data and presents it in several
different formats depending upon the needs of the user. Both
Trace and Measured Profiling information is processed and presented.
Dp uses the "PerformanceLib" to read the measurement records.
The "TimerLib" provides information about the timer, such as frequency,
beginning, and ending counter values.
Measurement records contain identifying information (Handle, Token, Module)
and start and end time values.
Dp uses this information to group records in different ways. It also uses
timer information to calculate elapsed time for each measurement.
