OvmfPkg/Include: remove QemuSmramSaveStateMap.h

The qemu/kvm SMM emulation uses the AMD SaveState layout.

So, now that we have AMD SaveState support merged we can just use
Amd/SmramSaveStateMap.h, QemuSmramSaveStateMap.h is not needed any more.
