OvmfPkg/VirtioLib: alloc VRING buffer with AllocateSharedPages()
The VRING buffer is a communication area between guest and hypervisor. Allocate it using VIRTIO_DEVICE_PROTOCOL.AllocateSharedPages() so that it can be mapped later with VirtioRingMap() for bi-directional access.
